Customer Service Policy
We are employees of the City of Meriden and therefore, we are dedicated to provide responsive, consistent, and accurate services to all the citizens of our community. We deliver this through a caring work environment that appreciates the needs of the members of our community. This is a positive feature that we try hard to promote for the benefit of the city. We have a customer policy statement that we stick to in order to best achieve our commitment of providing a wide range of quality services from diverse departments. We will seek to identify creative and innovative approaches to serve our citizens. We believe in meeting our citizen’s needs by providing friendly, courteous, and efficient service. We will strive to make decisions with input from those most likely to be affected. We believe in listening to our citizens and responding to their ideas and concern. We affirm that all employees have the responsibility of meeting a high standard of excellence within the parameters of their particular job in order to ensure quality services from the City of Meriden.
